The Program Director, Talent Search North has first-line authority and responsibility for the administration of the Talent Search North program, including planning, implementation, staff supervision, recruitment and selection of 700 students annually, delivery of approved grant services, and communication with counseling staff and school administrators in targeted Prince George's County Public Schools, including High Point, Bladensburg, Northwestern, and Parkdale high schools. The Program Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating effective data, documentation, and record-keeping systems to support federal reviews and meet program, federal, and AAP reporting requirements, including the Annual Performance Report (APR) to the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) and internal reports to the Executive Director.
