About this position: Support a dedicated business group as the primary compensation partner, building trusted relationships and acting as a consultant and advisor on compensation-related matters Build consultative and collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and business leaders on compensation programs and initiatives Provide guidance on solutions for a wide variety of compensation matters, including job offers, out-of-cycle increases, promotions, retention agreements, etc., ensuring competitive, compliant, and cost-effective solutions Complete salary surveys by understanding job matching guidelines and benchmarking to ensure accurate data submissions Support proposal pricing requests by mapping job descriptions to internal job architecture Monitor state and local minimum wage and pay transparency requirements, partnering with stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance Support a variety of compensation-related projects, processes and initiatives including annual compensation planning cycles, FLSA exemptions, pay transparency efforts, and other ad hoc projects throughout the year Provide direct support of Workday compensation activities, testing, validating, auditing, and reporting Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 4+ years of progressive experience in a compensation-focused role, including using job content, job analysis, and salary benchmarking data Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to analyze and interpret compensation data Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in professional services, government consulting, or similar regulated environments Demonstrated continuous learning mindset, with interest in evolving compensation practices and external market trends Hands-on experience with Workday compensation functionality Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools Proactive, systems thinking approach with the ability to balance strategic perspective and operational detail Comfort operating in a fast-paced, change oriented environment Professional Skills You Will Use: Strong understanding of job content, job analysis and salary benchmarking Working knowledge of compensation-related policies, laws and regulations Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of employees - including excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to hold a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness for completion of projects Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a geographically distributed or virtual team environment #Indeed #LI-CC1 Working at ICF ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we're not your typical consultants.
