User & Stakeholder Feedback Integration: Partner with clinicians, operations teams, client success, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, identify workflow pain points, and translate operational learnings into prioritized product and process improvements. Responsibilities: End-to-end product execution: Support the delivery across the full Hybrid Visit lifecycle including scheduling and pairing, in-home workflows, virtual interactions, documentation, and downstream processes such as billing, labs processing and post-visit care coordination.
