Skills and experience that will lead to success Establish and sustain trusted relationships with client partners, including C‑suite and HR leadership, serving as a strategic advisor on human capital issues in the context of global transactions and transformations Demonstrate strong executive presence and facilitation skills to lead major client-facing consulting engagements and workstreams within complex, multi-workstream deal programs Demonstrate deep knowledge of the complexities and risks associated with global M&A transactions (including diligence, planning and execution across buy-side, sell-side, carve-outs and joint ventures) Demonstrate deep experience and knowledge of Total Rewards and other sectors within the Human Capital space (e.g., global benefits, compensation, talent, HR operating model, culture, organization design, workforce and location strategy) in a deal and transformation context Commercialize new ideas by shaping, packaging and scaling Human Capital M&A solutions that are repeatable, differentiated and delivered with appropriate margins, in close collaboration with senior team members A subject matter expert who can credibly lead complex client discussions within defined domains and coach project teams across multiple fields.
