In addition to technical responsibilities, the BIM/VDC Coordinator takes a proactive approach to workflow management, identifying issues early, proposing solutions, and ensuring downstream users have the information they need. Trade Specific Requirements - As applicable to chilled water, hot water, condenser water, steam, heating water, and hydronic distribution systems - Develop detailed, constructible mechanical piping models consistent with design intent, hydronic schematics, equipment schedules, and mechanical specifications.
