The Counsel, Securities opening will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel, Securities and work closely with our Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Sustainability teams to prepare SEC filings and provide counsel on issues related to SEC compliance, governance matters, capital markets transactions, joint ventures, sustainability reporting requirements, legal entity management and general corporate law. Assist with various corporate governance initiatives relating to the company’s board of directors, including director and officer questionnaires, maintenance of corporate records, as well as review of Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, board committee charters and other corporate governance documents and policies.
