Maintain expert level knowledge of ODLS’s primary practice areas: obtaining state ID, remediation of legal financial obligations, quashing of warrants, family law (divorce, minor guardianship, DV protection orders, paternity, and child custody/visitation), child support, immigration (monitoring pending applications and petitions, assisting with FOIA requests and some EAD and LPR replacement/renewal and naturalization applications), re-licensing, and sex offender registration issues. Databases include both portals of the state Judicial Information System (JIS), Odyssey (superior court dockets), separate databases maintained by Pierce County Superior Court, King County Superior Court, Seattle Municipal Court, King County District Court, the Washington State Patrol, and the WSBA directory.
