Support shareholder recordkeeping and the development, implementation and completion of lifecycle processes, including data entry; drafting and editing documents; scanning, uploading, filing, and organizing records; coordinating nominations and elections; and partnering with Finance, HR, and other teams as needed. Draft and review routine entity governance documents (e.g., consents, resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, org charts, certifications of authority, and formation documents) and support officer/director onboarding and offboarding.
