RequirementsEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:* Law Degree (J.D.).* Admission to the practice of law in any state and/or Washington, DC (Maryland Bar Preferred).* 1 year experience in immigration law (experience working on asylum, U visa, VAWA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, and Removal cases strongly preferred).SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:* Bi-lingual (English and Spanish).
