Assist the VP, Head of Employment and Immigration Law on HR on responding to agency matters (including position statements, responding to Requests for Additional Information, etc.) general litigation (including fact gathering, witness interviews, discovery, preparing evidence and motions practice), provide analysis and advise on issues related to hiring, terminations, performance management, compensation, immigration, investigations, accommodations, reorganizations, and other employment-related matters in alignment with company goals. This position is a key contributor to Teladoc Health's global Legal Department and plays a key role in helping build the infrastructure necessary to employment and labor related legal matters, including supporting VP, Head of Employment and Immigration law, supporting and advising on employment litigation matters, labor matters, policy and procedures, wage and hour and classification matters, employee relations matters, and immigration matters.
