Job Description: The Paralegal, Labor & Employment provides critical support to the Legal & Compliance Department and Human Resources teams in managing employment law matters, internal investigations, immigration compliance, and ethics hotline administration. Coordinate with employees, Human Resources, outside immigration counsel, and government agencies regarding visa sponsorships, work authorizations, renewals, and related filings.
