The TPM collaborates with Global Sourcing, Supplier Industrialization, and Tesla suppliers to meet production demands and resolve risks to schedules, while also working with cross-functional teams like Design Studio, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, NPI, Production, and Service to establish program cadence and ensure successful global implementation across Tesla factories in Fremont, Texas, Shanghai, and Berlin. The role focuses on overseeing the launch of new designs and technologies, particularly for Audio, Antenna, and/or Radio systems from concept to mass production, defining workflows, timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation plans, while fostering collaboration, driving technical excellence, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing efficient solutions to meet business objectives.
