Manage projects from concept through completion, including siting, environmental and permitting activities, planning, estimating, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, project controls, procurement, construction management, and project closeout. The Project Manager will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams while driving repeat business and supporting business development efforts.
