This position will manage personal injury matters from intake through pre-suit resolution, ensuring cases are handled efficiently, clients receive excellent communication, and files continue progressing toward settlement without stagnation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in negotiating personal injury claims while working collaboratively with case managers, paralegals, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
