Provide cross-functional technical leadership by partnering with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Engineering teams, while mentoring personnel and leading troubleshooting, corrective actions, and strategic improvement initiatives. Lead manufacturing readiness and technical execution for new products, engineering changes, tooling, fixtures, automation, and capital equipment projects, including APQP, DFM, commissioning, validation, and startup activities.
