The Quality Engineer works closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Welding Engineering, Painting/Chemical Engineering, Automation, Tooling, NPI, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, and the QMS Coordinator to ensure products and processes consistently meet customer, engineering, regulatory, and internal requirements. The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving product and manufacturing quality controls supporting data center hardware, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformer components, power distribution equipment, bus bars, and data center cooling systems.
