As an Enterprise Architect, you will help develop Fit-For-Purpose enterprise level architecture viewpoints through Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) based on Authoritative Source of Truth (ASoT) to support engineering analysis and data-driven decision-making by senior leaders that enables the modernization and evolution of NC3 capabilities.
Education/Certification Required:

- CIS – IT Service Management (ITSM) or. This role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for building high-quality platform functionality, developing user-facing portals, and supporting core ServiceNow capabilities aligned to mission and business needs.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and enterprise application design, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed solution designs, product backlogs, and implementation roadmaps.
Candidates must reside within the Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) metropolitan area to support occasional onsite meetings. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
· 5+ years serving as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Enterprise Solution Designer.
· Hands-on experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions using Public Sector Solutions, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
· Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
