Duties include: Designing and developing data integration solutions using MS BI tools and providing support to business users on IM tools such as Documentum (EDMS), D2, FIP, iPIMS, eB and SharePoint; troubleshooting data loading issues, and system logging issues for engineers; analyzing system error log to locate error and debug it by checking input data types; documenting, developing and finalizing business and functional information management/content management requirements; applying the appropriate business analysis tools and methods as needed in support of Documentum, or in support of the study of proposed changes to the business processes; reviewing and assessing different document and data management systems/portals in alignment of operation’s needs, business policy and regulatory requirements; developing pre-load and post-load quality review process for any document / data transition during any MCP IM handover from project to operations; providing training to business users, document controllers on different information management tools Documentum (EDMS), D2, FIP and SharePoint; serving as Documentum administrator, managing users access rights and different integrations to Documentum based on object types and document life cycle state; and generating Documentum reports using the DQL (Documentum Query Language) based tool named e-Content bridge. Position requires Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field and 4 years of experience as Information Management Analyst or closely related.
