Responsibilities include but are not limited to oversight of the medication use process, managing collaborative drug therapy agreements, therapeutic drug monitoring, providing drug information, developing departmental and organizational guidelines, precepting pharmacy learners, staff supervision, and providing education to health care professionals, patients, and caregivers.
