Key Responsibilities: Lead large, complex IT projects/programs and support PMO initiatives Own end-to-end delivery (scope, timeline, budget, resources, outcomes) Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies Run project kickoffs, status reporting, and stakeholder communications Identify, track, and resolve risks/issues Coordinate with internal teams and external PMs on cross-functional efforts Ensure proper documentation, tools usage, and project closeout Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of IT project management experience Strong background in infrastructure and network setup (Cisco preferred) Proven success delivering complex technical projects Experience with tools: MS Project, JIRA, PPM Pro, MS Office Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in IT or related field Must have: Infrastructure and network setup experience; strong Cisco skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Nice to have: Financial services background (especially wealth management) and M&A experience (both a plus, not required).
