Serve as a senior technical lead for Microsoft identity, cloud, security, and infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Defender, Azure, AAD Connect, SSO, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services. Own ISP and telecommunications circuit operations, including carrier relationships, installations, upgrades, renewals, outage escalation, ticket management, service-level tracking, billing validation support, failover testing, and circuit documentation.
