Prepare or oversee engineering calculations, AutoCAD 3D designs, assessments, studies, master plans, models, construction drawings, specifications, permit applications, and technical reports · Serve as Project Manager or Technical Lead depending on project scale and complexity · Lead pilot studies, reporting, GIS/CADD/modeling efforts, CEI services, and stakeholder outreach · Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, schedules, budgets, and cost evaluations · Research innovative technologies, regulatory changes, and emerging engineering methods · Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution · Participate in task and project management, internal operations, and collaborative team initiatives · Travel occasionally within Southwest to West Central Florida for site visits, pilot studies, and client meetings. · Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering · At least six (6) years of engineering experience · Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 4 months · Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) · Strong communication skills and demonstrated project management experience · Ability to oversee and mentor support staff, including engineers and CADD designers.
