p>15 years of project management experience supporting aviation, transportation, infrastructure, or public sector capital improvement projects Strong understanding of project management principles including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders Knowledge of construction processes, project delivery methods, phasing strategies, and operational coordination requirements Experience reviewing and managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, contractor pay applications, and project controls documentation Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project execution and team collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare executive summaries, reports, presentations, and client correspondence Ability to identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule delays and budget impacts Experience coordinating with regulatory agencies, operational stakeholders, and public sector clients preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management platforms preferred. Terminal modernization Airfield rehabilitation Passenger facility renovations Utility infrastructure projects Complex phasing and sequencing Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements Baggage Handling and Makeup Systems Vertical Transportation Modernization Environmental permitting support, SWPPP compliance, Hazardous materials coordination Sustainability reporting Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) for design and construction processes.
