Administer monitoring and event-management capabilities, alert quality, automation, scripting, configuration-management tools, version control, and storage-related AWS services; coordinate storage and backup integrations with operating systems, database systems, directory services, virtualization platforms, security tools, and applications. Provide technical oversight of vendor/MSP support concerns and project delivery, including case initiation, troubleshooting coordination, escalation, resolution validation, validation of changes and operational deliverables, and communication of service concerns to client management.
