Duties require a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, public administration, construction management, planning, facilities management, finance, or a related field; five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in capital project management, municipal operations, infrastructure planning, asset management, or a related field; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Participates in confidential management planning developing and maintaining multi-year capital improvement plans, project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and financial forecasts for roads, water and sewer infrastructure, fleet, facilities, and other public assets.
