Working across engineering, security, and business functions, this role ensures that tools such as Virtual Data Rooms, Microsoft 365 B2B, Slack, including external organizations, shared channels, and partner workflows, client portals, and Google Workspace are robust, compliant, and optimized for seamless cross-company collaboration. The position provides technical leadership across these platforms, designing resilient solutions, establishing engineering patterns, managing external identity and access controls, onboarding new SaaS platforms and capabilities, and driving complex issues through root-cause analysis and sustainable remediation.
