Key ResponsibilitiesManage structural steel fabrication and erection projects supporting power generation, water/wastewater treatment, data center, and heavy industrial facilitiesLead projects from contract award through closeout, directing engineering review, detailing, shop fabrication, logistics, and field installationInterpret architectural and structural drawings and translate design intent into coordinated fabrication and erection plansControl RFIs, submittals, change orders, scope management, and contract complianceDevelop and maintain project schedules, delivery sequencing, and erection planning to support active construction sitesOversee job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability managementCoordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, owners, general contractors, and subcontractorsSupport estimating teams with technical review of bid documents and constructability inputRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizenship or Permanent ResidencyMinimum five years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication and erection within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure constructionDemonstrated experience delivering steel packages for complex facilities such as power plants, water/wastewater treatment plants, data centers, or similar heavy infrastructure projectsStrong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural construction documentsProven record managing scope, contracts, cost controls, and schedule performance under production‑driven environmentsExperience coordinating fabrication shops and field erection crews across active job sitesCompetence in project documentation, budgeting, and financial controlsEmail your resume to rick@libertyjobs.com to apply#J-18808-Ljbffr.
