This is an opportunity to support an outpatient program that provides comprehensive prenatal, obstetric, gynecologic, family planning, and sexual health services across two clinic sites with a multidisciplinary team composed of an Ob/Gyn, a certified nurse midwife, family practice clinicians, and community health workers and educators. The RN responds to provider orders and referrals, conducts nursing assessments, performs telephone and in-person triage, provides patient education, coordinates care, and delivers nursing services within scope of practice.
