The CM provides contractor support only and will not perform inherently governmental functions, accept or reject work, authorize changes, approve RFIs or submittals, supervise Government personnel, or direct construction means and methods. Ability to interpret and coordinate architectural/engineering plans, specifications, shop drawings, working drawings, schedules, contracts, work letters, charters, surveys, and related project documents.
