As part of our project team, daily activities may include: Documenting contractor progress and quantities completed; actively managing and documenting on the status of the project schedule and budget; review of contract plans, specifications, submittals and material information; construction material testing; and utilizing contract documents to perform general monitoring and documentation of construction activities.
