Desired Skills: • Experience using inspection tools such as digital calipers, go/no go gages, micrometers, fixtures, and other basic gages • Experience working with inspection instructions, blueprints/drawings, and specifications • Prior inspection experience in a production environment • Prior SAP/APRISO/MRO Software experience is a plus (on-the-job training will be provided) • Strong teaming ability and effective communication skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving • Be able to work independently • Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a plus. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Perform visual inspections on in-process and completed products as per defined planning/work instructions • Check dimensions, verify functionality, and perform required quality inspections defined in planning/work instructions • Create quality/service notifications for all noted nonconformances, perform sorts, and stock purges • Work from blueprints/drawings, interpret specifications • Audit assigned work area for compliance to requirements such as age of materials, calibrations of equipment, area content, and tagging.
