Maintain and update portfolio inspection checklists, scoring rubrics, and defined inspection processes in partnership with Facilities, Risk Management, and Operations; recommend improvements, document procedures, and follow them consistently across the portfolio. Complete monthly safety inspections at each community using a consistent checklist covering common areas, amenities, maintenance shops, equipment, chemical storage, trip and fall hazards, fire and life-safety items, and other observable risks.
