Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support inspection and documentation activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves performing in-process and final inspections, recording results, and supporting quality investigations to ensure products meet company standards. Key Responsibilities<ul><li> Perform quality inspections including material movement transactions, in-process inspections, and final inspections </li><li> Enter inspection results into the quality database system </li><li> Assist with failure analysis and quality reports </li><li> Maintain accurate inspection records and logs </li><li> Participate in daily team meetings </li><li> Follow all quality procedures and work instructions </li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li> Ability to use basic measurement and inspection tools </li><li> Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools </li><li> Strong attention to detail and documentation skills </li><li> Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment </li><li> Comfortable working in a team-oriented and diverse workplace </li><li> Ability to follow written and verbal instructions </li></ul>Experience & Education<ul><li> 01 year of related experience preferred </li><li> High School Diploma or GED required </li><li> Associate degree in a related field is a plus </li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li> Routine assignments with clear instructions and guidance </li><li> Work closely with team members and supervisors </li><li> Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality operations </li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li> Occasional reaching </li><li> Standing from occasional to continuous </li><li> Occasional sitting </li><li> Continuous manual dexterity </li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li> Communication skills </li><li> Computer proficiency </li><li> Dependability and accountability </li><li> Strong attention to detail </li><li> Team collaboration </li><li> Initiative and quality focus </li></ul> Pay: $20/hr (Days)-$21.50/hr (Swing) Shifts: Day: 6am-2:30pm Swing: 3pm-11:30pm
