Physical Requirements: Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines and equipment which includes a motor vehicle, calculator, telephone, camera and flashlight, and construction-related tools such as a probing rod, level, differential pressure gauge, etc. Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in building inspection, design, construction, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
