Inspect elevator control boards, switches, circuitry and relay systems using test lamps, ammeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment and devices to ensure the safe and proper operation of all elevators, VPLs, and dumbwaiters. Diagnose malfunctions; lubricate, maintain, replace and repair locks, gears, doors, fuses, coils, brakes, cables, motors, bearings, condensers, contacts, defective wires, carbon brushes and any other related components.
