The leader will operate across a broad network of enterprise partners - which may include Global Quality, site Quality, CTDO, Manufacturing, MS&T, GBU, Regulatory (including Regulatory CMC), R&D, Global Supply Chain, GTS, Engineering, Finance, BI&T, Product Development, procurement and supplier interfaces, logistics, CoS, functional portfolio leads, site operations, and the broader Fusion/PDP ecosystem - depending on the specific Aim Point(s) and PDPs assigned. • Cross-functional team leadership: Lead cross-functional teams drawn from across PDS functions to deliver the assigned Aim Point(s) and Priority Digital Projects, providing day-to-day direction, accountability, and coaching to Product Owners, Technical Leads, and delivery team members regardless of their reporting line.
