Project Execution; Update budgets, order project materials and supplies, update project schedule and timeline, assist with qualifying subcontractors, validate completed PO documentation, update contract status with change orders and keep customer and client informed, maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) report, maintain internal and external communications, prepare project reports, upon project completion review file documentation and update as necessary, assist with collections activities, perform project close-out. The SERVPRO Construction Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the smooth execution of construction projects by coordinating and overseeing various aspects of construction projects including customer communications, project tracking & coordination, acquiring permits, assisting with estimates, and auditing projects.
