This position supervises receiving inspectors, coordinates inspection priorities with Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality, and ensures nonconforming materials are identified, documented, segregated, and dispositioned through the established quality process. Verify inspectors are competent in reading engineering drawings, interpreting specifications, using measuring instruments, and identifying common material defects.
