Prior experience leading the QA/QC and inspection major site infrastructure, horizontal sitework, vertical construction replacement and modernization projects; Prior experience working on GSA and/or other federal agency or government construction projects in occupied, secure facilities including secure campuses / military bases / compounds; Prior experience with the design, construction, and/or management services for SCIF projects; It is preferred, but not required, that anyone serving in the capacity of a Key or Lead Personnel be a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA); Proven Experience performing and supporting the successful completion of similar projects in comparable environments and conditions. Take responsibility for implementing the AECOM Quality Assurance Plan, constructively reviewing and driving compliance with the Contractor's Quality Control Plan, vetting means and methods, participating in safety briefing/tailgate meetings, developing rapport with the Contractor Project Manager, Superintendent, and Field Team, as well as with the Sub-Contractor and Trade Partner foremen to promote open communication and collaborative problem solving, risk mitigation, and quality and schedule adherence.
