Ensure compliance and implementation of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits, Synthetic Minor Title V Permit, OAC 3745-513 Authorization (Rule 13) and Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) Administrative Permit for the Cleveland Airport System with activities, including but not limited to, sampling, examining and reporting on a wide variety of physical, chemical and biological products relating to air, water, soil and/or other potential sources as well as conducting quality control reviews. Under general supervision, assists in the administration of projects related to Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act activities, noise, waste handling and disposal preparation, asbestos consultation/assessments, spill responses, sustainability inventory and data management, pollution prevention, and compliance with local, state, and federal environmental laws for the Cleveland Airport System.
