Job Summary: A Utilities Installer and Repairer III maintains, repairs and installs water mains, service pipes, water meters, fire hydrants, sanitary house connections, manholes, waste water collection pipes, mains, storm drains and related appurtenances of the water distribution and waste water collection systems.
