Criterion Plumbing & Heating is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a journeyman license and comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and a commitment to providing excellent service. The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC units in various settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install new HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems.</li><li>Inspect and troubleshoot existing HVAC units to identify issues.</li><li>Install necessary replacement parts on HVAC systems.</li><li>Comply with industry safety standards and regulations.</li><li>Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Assist in other related duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>RequirementsQualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC Installation required.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training or apprenticeship preferred.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with power and hand tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.</li><li>Must be able to handle physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environmental conditions.</li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Company truck</li><li>$48-$72/hr</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
