The Instructional Designer works collaboratively with departments, subject matter experts, facilitators, and business partners to identify training needs, define learning outcomes, and develop effective learning solutions using proven instructional design methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, Education, Psychology, Health Education, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in instructional design, learning design, curriculum development, training development, or a closely related field.
