Review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with service providers (including information technology, marketing and advertising services, SaaS, AI product providers, business process outsourcing, Ed tech services), working collaboratively and cross-functionally with procurement professionals, business stakeholders, and company SMEs. Take a lead role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of commercial contract and real estate templates, playbooks, negotiation guides, clause libraries, and other business guidance documents, with a focus on process improvement and technology adoption.
