The Claim Care Representative I will work to provide an exceptional experience to our valued internal and external customers by processing transactions and delivering services for high-touch and high-volume transactions and interactions of lower to medium complexity within claims, supporting each unit in the department. The Claims Care Representative I will: Develop proficiency in routine claims support functions, including First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake, Safelite glass claim coordination, rental management, and handling inbound claims calls, with the ability to work independently within 3–6 months.
