We are looking for an agile "player-coach" who can navigate C-suite relationships (CROs, COOs, Chief Underwriting Officers, CTOs), understand the regulatory realities of insurance workflows, and confidently whiteboard agentic AI architectures and data modernization strategies alongside our delivery teams. Position Indicium’s modern AI stack (Anthropic Claude, LangGraph, Databricks, dbt, Snowflake) specifically against high-cost insurance operational bottlenecks: Claims Processing, Underwriting Automation, Subrogation, KYC/Fraud Detection, and Agent/Broker Enablement.
