Directly oversee the Company's administration and management of claims under self-insured retention programs, driving initiatives that proactively reduce loss exposure and deliver measurable risk and cost savings through effective claims management and process improvement. May include, but are not limited to, the following: Direct and oversee the Company's global insurance program and lead, align, and enhance cross-functional risk management processes across manufacturing, procurement, transportation and logistics, trade compliance, commercial, human resources, and legal functions.
