The Principal, Insurance Journey and Business Readiness serves as GuideStone's enterprise-level authority for how insurance work flows end to end across sales, underwriting, onboarding, enrollment, billing, claims, servicing, finance and accounting, product, re-enrollment, insurance technology teams, and vendor partners. Working with autonomy and broad latitude for independent judgment, the role leads cross-functional alignment, identifies work that should be stopped, simplified, or automated, and ensures teams are prepared before changes go live.
