Ensure claims are resolved in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner by adhering to established processes and industry best practices.</li><li>Lead and Develop Your Team : Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, building a high-performing team of adjusters who consistently deliver results. Mentor and coach adjusters to adopt innovative strategies and execute on resolution plans with urgency. Foster a culture of accountability, encouraging team members to embrace challenges and exceed expectations.</li><li>Streamline Operations : Evaluate current claims handling processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
