Handle pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery, expert witness retention and discovery, dispositive motions, and trial preparation and presentation with minimal oversight. Assist in preparing forms for use throughout the department including, but not limited to, pleadings, discovery, jury instructions, dispositive motions, and correspondence.
